After finding out he would get his father's entire inheritance, an unemployed Florida man tried electrocuting his dad.
John Knudsen, 44, thought he would get the inheritance by killing him and reaping the inheritance. The problem is that Florida law strictly prohibits one from getting an inheritance if they kill the person.
